The main purpose of this work is to explain the history of not just the strike, but, the history of what went on before the strike. This content talks about the lives of the Newsboys and how hard life was at that time for them. The possible audience for this work would be historians, students, teachers, etc. These people would use this information to find out more about the strike and how it affected the town. Some special features on this website are that there are many photos of real Newsboys at that time. Unfortunately, it is not very detailed.

It talks about how they looked and how they lived during that time. The possible audience for this work would be teens, teachers, or historians. They could use this information to see how poor they were (by seeing what they wore during those times). Unfortunately, this is a blog. Blogs are usually not the best source to get information. However, this blog gave a lot of great information.

It talked about who Pulitzer and Hearst were, and how important they were in the town. In addition, it talked about how they could do whatever they wanted and no one did anything about it. The possible audience for this work would be students, historians, or teachers as well. They could use this information to understand who Pulitzer and Hearst were. Unfortunately, since this was a short article, it wasn't very informative or detailed.

This content mostly talked about who the Newsboys were, what they did for a living, and some background information about the Newsboys. The possible audience for this content would be teachers, or historians. They could use this information to find out more about the Newsboys. Some special features would include pictures of real Newsboys and pictures of Pulitzer and Hearst. In addition, there are pictures of where lucky Newsboys slept and what the rooms and beds were like back then.

In addition, how she became involved with the Newsboy Strike. The possible audience for this work would be teens or adults.

The content talked about how hard it was to pay for the newspapers even before the prices were raised. The possible audience for this work would be kids or teens. They could use this information to see how lucky they are to have a home and not having to worry about not eating or drinking. Some special features of this website would be the interesting fact that the Newsboys couldn't eat or drink for days because they couldn't afford any of it.

The only difference is that this is actually a student’s take on the Newsboys Strike of 1899. This content talked about the whole history about what Pulitzer and Hearst did that made them so rich. In addition, it talked about how desperate these Newsboys were to get food, water, and even shelter. The possible audience for this work would be students, or teachers. A special feature that I found was the fact that the student explained (in detail) his opinion on the strike.

The possible audience of this work would be students, teachers, and historians. They could use this information to find out information about Kid Blink and the strike. The special features of this content are that it includes photos of the actual Newsboys not only doing what they do best, but pictures of the actual strike led by Kid Blink.

It talked about Kid Blink (who was the leader of the Newsboys during the strike). It also took characters from the 1992 movie and compared them to the real Newsboys during the strike. Not only does it mention the real Newsboys of the strike, but it also has old newspaper articles from popular newspapers. For example, articles from ‘The New York Times’ that were published at different times in 1899.

This included how they worked together and created the idea of raising the prices of the newspapers (which is what started the strike). Pulitzer came from a good childhood with great wealth. Because of his father, Pulitzer gained a lot of experience on how to become very powerful.

This included how they worked together and created the idea of raising the prices of the newspapers (which is what started the strike). Just like Joseph Pulitzer, Hearst also came from a good childhood with great wealth. Because of his father, Hearst started becoming rich and powerful at a very young age.

In addition, it mentions some books, and or work of other authors that were about the strike. People who could use this information would be historians, and teachers. It could help them understand it better.

People who could use this information would be historians, teens, and maybe even fashion designers. I believe that fashion designers could use this information to base their new ideas off of. A special feature that I found was a picture of a Newsboy sleeping and how sad it made me.

A possible audience for this article would be journalists, writers, and maybe teens. Journalists and writers could use this information to see what an honor it was for Sheppard. It could also motivate them to do it themselves. In addition, to make their work even better.
